When the world shut down, Karly started sewing masks. As production grew, she realized she could do even more. She invited anyone working in hospitals or medical settings to message her directly. If their hospital was out of N-95 masks, she sent surplus masks to them. No charge. Just help where it was needed.

Rickey works in technology as a lead business analyst, where his primary role is turning ideas into reality. His day-to-day work centers on taking a vision, breaking it down into clear systems, and translating it into detailed technical specifications that teams can actually build from.

Before this, Rickey ran a cut-and-sew apparel brand, creating men’s and women’s garments from scratch and managing everything behind the scenes, from production and logistics to operations and growth. He understands what it takes to bring clothing to life, not just creatively, but structurally.

Today, he leads a focused tech team, translating Karly’s pattern logic into an intuitive, reliable platform that keeps the craft front and center while the complexity stays behind the scenes.
