ALTR HOUSE is a personal design studio that creates custom sewing patterns online, built to your exact measurements. Instead of selecting a standard size, you design garments at the pattern level so fit is built in from the start.
Most patterns are graded up or down from a base size. ALTR HOUSE's sewing pattern generator creates a custom sewing pattern based on your measurements, which means fewer adjustments and a better starting fit.
You’ll enter your body measurements, and ALTR HOUSE generates a made-to-measure sewing pattern specifically for you. Patterns are not resized from a standard chart and are created uniquely for each person.
Patterns are generated using a rules-based drafting system built for consistency and reliability. Each custom sewing pattern must pass internal checks before it's delivered, to make sure it's sew-ready.

For unlimited pattern generation and downloads, choose a monthly ($34), 3-month ($87, save 10%), or yearly ($325, save 20%) membership that includes continued access to the Design Studio, all available patterns, and every new update as ALTR HOUSE grows. Prefer a one-time purchase instead? The 1-Pattern ($9) and 3-Pattern Pack ($19) options don't require a subscription at all.

Absolutely. Cancel whenever you'd like, and you'll keep full access through the end of your current billing period. We're not able to offer prorated refunds on annual plans.
