Bust and shoulder
The pattern begins from the bust, shoulder, and collar you enter, instead of a graded size that is close but not yours.
Altr House
ALTR HOUSE generates a custom T-shirt sewing pattern from your own body measurements instead of a standard size. Enter your measurements, choose the sleeve, neckline, length, and fit, then download a sew-ready custom-fit T-shirt sewing pattern in US Letter, A4, A0, or SVG.
Custom Fit T-shirt Pattern
A standard-size tee often pulls across the bust, gaps at the neck, or lands at the wrong length. A custom tee sewing pattern starts with your measurements, so the sleeve, shoulder, and body are generated around you instead of the closest size on a chart.
Because it is built on bust, waist, and hip, it also works as a women's T-shirt sewing pattern that fits your proportions rather than a size row.
The pattern begins from the bust, shoulder, and collar you enter, instead of a graded size that is close but not yours.
Arm length and bicep are part of the measurement set, so the sleeve is not an afterthought you have to redraft.
Choose cropped or full length in the T-shirt base before the file is generated.
Save the measurements in Design Studio and regenerate when you want another version of the same pattern.
Side by side
| Standard pattern | ALTR HOUSE custom pattern | |
|---|---|---|
| Sizing | Graded sizes | Your measurements |
| Adjustments | Often length, bust, and sleeve changes | Minimal, because the file starts from what you entered |
| Re-sizing | Buy or trace again | Regenerate anytime from saved measurements |
How it works
Add the measurements the T-shirt base asks for and save them in your Design Studio.
Pick the length, sleeve, neckline, hem, and fit available in the generator.
ALTR HOUSE creates the digital T-shirt pattern made to your measurements from those choices.
Download US Letter, A4, A0, or SVG, then print or project and sew.
What to measure
These are the fields the T-shirt base uses in Design Studio. Follow the on-screen guide in the generator while you measure.
In the T-shirt base
Best fabric for a T-shirt
This base is for a knit T-shirt. A stable jersey or rib knit with comfortable stretch and good recovery is a practical place to start. Very drapey or very rigid knits will change how the same pattern feels once it is sewn.
If you are new to knits, sew a test from a similar fabric before you cut the one you love. Stretch percentage is not a single number that fits every tee: check how the knit stretches and returns, then use the generator measurement guide rather than forcing a woven pattern onto a knit.
Included
Print at home on 8.5 × 11 paper, then tile and assemble.
The same tiled home-print workflow, sized for A4.
Large-format A0 for a copy shop, or SVG for a projector, T-shirt sewing pattern, or digital cutting.
Your measurements and pattern stay saved so you can regenerate.
Who it's for
Start from a base instead of drafting a tee block. It works as a T-shirt sewing pattern for beginners who are comfortable with knits.
Skip tracing a new size every time the style changes.
Shoulder, bust, and length do not have to match one size row.
If graded tees keep missing, begin with your measurements.

Yes. The T-shirt base generates the pattern from the measurements you enter, not from a standard size row. Choose the available style options, then download the file. You can save those measurements in Design Studio and reuse them the next time you generate.
Enter your bust, waist, hip, shoulder, shoulder to waist, shoulder to hip, collar, bicep, arm, tee length, and bicep body. Measure with a flexible tape and follow the guide next to each field so the labels match what you enter. Then pick your length, sleeve, neckline, and fit, and generate the file.
It is built for knit fabric, and you can download it as US Letter or A4 for home printing, A0 for a copy shop, or SVG. A stable jersey or rib knit with stretch that recovers is a reliable choice. Very slippery or very stiff knits will change the fit, so test a similar fabric before you cut your final yardage.
Yes, if you are comfortable sewing a knit. You do not draft the block yourself. You enter measurements, pick the options in the base, and sew from the downloaded file. A test garment is still a good idea the first time.
Yes. Download the SVG for a projector or digital cutting setup, or print US Letter, A4, or A0 instead. The projector page is at /pages/projector.
Length is chosen before generation: cropped or full length. If your plan still includes a style swap or measurement changes, you can generate again with the other length instead of redrawing the pattern by hand.
Yes. The 7-day free trial does not ask for a credit card. You can open the live generator, choose the T-shirt base, and create a pattern during the trial. Paid options are $9 for one pattern, $19 for three, or a membership.
